Not trustable, initially they agreed for pricing 1day (1am to 8pm stay) and given booking recipient for it but during check in they asked for 2days , atleast they should have told us before or get late check-out price rather 2days. Not keeping up words, not recommended
High rates , no outside food allowed.
Either you eat their food or you must eat outside and come. There isn't any good restaurant near the hotel. You need to go to railway station in order to get good safe food.
Location of the hotel is good. It's nearby station only.
Hygiene is also good.
Staff is also well behaving except the the person at the desk.
Surrounding is not that good.
Garbage thrown outside
You are coming here for exam you can stay for a day.
You will feel hot if you are in a non-AC room.
Otherwise all good.
You need to bargain.
If you will bargain you can get the price reduced.

This place is not so i have booked online. And also expected professionalism from them but instead of that i got rejected calls and bad behaviour.
I have been here for first time but was regretting whole scenario.
Will be over cautious next time .
It's better to book offline or if you are sure about the service then only book in advance through online cause sone hotels deny check in at the very last moment especially if you landed at night with luggage or family.

Staff was very helpful. Homely food. Need to improve on cleaning part. You can see rats and spiders. But in this amount I can say it was nice. overall Good.

They behave like landlord of rental room.
In winter they provide warm water only for 2 hour in morning,can you believe this?
No room heater not gyssure even you can get warm water there.
Hotel room are too small, not cupboard or chair, even hangers were not in room.

manager is worst one, he does know how to talk,he talk rudely, i haven't seen such a unprofessional person.
Room charges are higher respect to amenities.

I found the room size little bit small in area and service is slow in the night. Overall experience was good.

Beatiful historic hotel. The staff are attentive and helpful. The food is good and plentiful. My bedroom was on the roof which was exciting and gave easy access to fantastic views across tge city to the Ganges. I enjoyed my stay here very much.
