Hotel Hadi Rani Palace - Hotel in Udaipur - Udaipur, India

Hotel service is not up to standard.. I had asked for ac remote to maintain room temperature they said to provide in 15 minutes but unfortunately they could not arrange ac remote till checkout. The breakfast was also not good. I waited for 30 minutes even the room was already booked and I was checking in at 10 pm and informed the hotel 2-3 hours in advance that I might be late so please have a Keep room ready.. But still my family and me were waiting for check in.

I have booked this hotel bcoz of goibobo rating but it's totally disappointed to stay hear no kettle no food no tea my son is 4 year old I request manager for milk their statement is that's it's not available even TV is not working afterwards they changed my room and in that room also TV is not getting ON. After 1 hour they provide me milk for my son. its embarrassing for me in front of my wife there is kettle they provide me milk in thermos. its really a bad experience at all whatever I have paid I need refund. Ridiculous hotel not even rated for anything. I straight told that this is mismanagement and can't be expected for any family residing here. I need full amount refund as its unexpected for me and my family. Though goibobo rated this hotel 3 star but I rated in minus 3 star. frustrated and inconvenient for any family member

Very good accommodation . Nice and well behaved staff . Nice location to stay specially for long days also , because every facility is nearby . In house restaurant and bar .

Cheap rate hotel it is .if you want to get hotel near station in less price you can book it but service is worst with dirty rooms no ac working no wifi working . I would prefer dont book this hotel

Being a regular Traveller, this was the worst experience i have had. - The lift once stopped in between and the emergency numbers mentioned were not answering. No safety.. - The water heater in the bathroom wasn't working and had to wait for 45 minutes. - staff was not friendly and would give false promises to fix the issues which never got fixed.. - bathroom has pigeon nest and was not clean and stinking.. - checked out early because of this and during the time of the check out the staff came in the room only to collect the hot water kettle and was least bothered to pick my luggage. - would never recommend this hotel, though the location is good but service isn't good and no friendly staff. Strange behavior and worst service which led me to check out before time. Not worth the money. One important thing i observed while writing a review, the hotel only reverts on good posts and ratings and never ever had any reply on bad rating or review, this clearly shows that they do not accept their bad reviews positively, strangely this attitude does not work in hospitality and service industry.

WORST HOTEL - Pathetic service provided as compared to the price we have paid per night... 1) The door lock was not working... Luckily me and my friend were in twin room(Room no 201 & 202) which would allow us to use one common exit.. (hotel staff mentioned that locked will be repaired or replace the room which never happened). 2)The air conditioner was not working... there was no remote in the room... & when asked the reception about it. They sent their staff first to check the remote.. (as if we have stolen it) & post that the temperature of the AC doesn't make any difference , if we keep it at 27 / 30 degree also ,so we had to shut it down. 3) Bathroom exhaust had pigeon nest with pigeon droppings... Stinking.. over and above, during the peak of the winter their heater was not working... After calling the reception 10 times and waiting for around 45 minutes, they sent their staff who was not aware how to fix it... 4) only thing which was GOOD was the FOOD which we ordered from their restaurant. 5) Staff attitude was not friendly at all. They clearly mentioned to me once that " Sir we are short staffed and hence a customer has to adjust".. why do they charge us so much for such bad service?? . Point no 1 was faced on day one and point no 2,3,& 5 was experienced on day 2 because of which we took the decision of leaving the hotel before the tour ends in one & half days at night 10 PM. I am surprised by the fact that the General manager (Deepa Harkawat) was unware of the fact that there are so many problems in hotel and lack of communication between staff because during checkout, the front staff were shocked to know that the keys are not working.. It was communicated by the hotel staff name (Ratan or Rawat) that you can inform the management about the lack of staff availability to management. I had to personally inform GM (Deepa H) about the Nightmare experience we had during the stay . Being an avid traveler, this was one of the worst hospitality and customer experience provided the HADI RANI by GAZEBO. All in all worst experience with OYO hotels and would never recommend to go to this hotel.

Hotel is great for budget travellers who are in the city for travelling/buisness trip or any other work and not for lying in the bed watching TV and all. All I wanted was a nice room with a clean washroom and this hotel provided that in a budget price. Downsides - Lift is not working. TV isn't working. Shortage of staff so don't expect a swift service. But seeing the budget I got what I was seeking for and for me this has been a nice deal. It is just about the priorities. Jai Hind.

Budget hotel. The interior seem decent. But staff is weird. They sleep in the waiting area and snore loud. Also no uniform for the staff. Not even the manager is dressed professionally. Lacks professionalism. Food is very average. During out stay we ordered 2 chicken dishes in 2 different meals and surprisingly the preparation was same with different names! Their tandoor never works and hence tandoor items are never available at this hotel. It's just OK to stay but there are better options to this choice as well.
