Excellent facilities. Very helpful staff especially the night manager Mr. Sanjay and staff Mr. Vishnu. They were waiting for us even when we arrived at 1 AM. They gave us a quadruple room even though we booked a triple one. They also arranged a good driver and vehicle for us at reasonable prices. The location is a bit messy. Easy to reach though as it's near the railway station. Washrooms, Plumbing etc are a bit old fashioned. The restaurant could be improved.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Jaipur. Lovely rooms, kind staff and they even let us keep the room until our train to New Dehli at 5:30pm free of charge. Good value for money, and tasty breakfast. Would 100% stay again.

Great value for money, hotel is just 5 min. Away from Railway station, Owner Anuj ji is really a kind person, he made us checked-in morning at 6:30 without any reservation, front desk staff helped us in providing rental vehicle at very low price from market. Best thing also is you can smoke or sit in open area in front of restaurant on 4th floor of the hotel. One thing you can miss is welcome drink I highly recommend it.

My family and I had the most incredible experience during our stay at this hotel, all thanks to the amazing service provided by Vishnu and the night manager, Sanjay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs from the moment we arrived even late at night. They ensured we had everything we needed for comfortable stay. When the kitchen was closed at night they provided extra service by getting us food from restaurants in Jaipur. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was very good, close to everything. Thanks to Vishnu, Sanjay, and the rest of the staff for giving us this hospitable stay. We will definitely return, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone trying to find a hotel in Jaipur.

They don't provide ac remotes, you either have to sleep in cold temp or hot temp acc to them. No food service after 10 pm. Staff doesn't provide blankets. Tv is just a showpiece. Bathrooms are just about manageable. Staff is impolite. Overpriced af according to the experience you get.

The Room smelled upon arriving. I did not feel they properly cleaned the room or prepared it before guest arrival. They gave my mother and I a room that had a broken shower switch and the water knob was rusted it wouldnt move when I realized I was ready to shower the next morning. I added some oil and it finally moved but it was still rusty inside. The air dryer had dust balls in it. The room that my brother and father had did not have this problem. I am starting to think they just prefer to give men better things or they do not care to check and prepare rooms for guests. This made my morning not the best. Then I went out of the hotel and I hear honking every minute. Finally get into our ride with A/C to go see one of the palaces of Jaipur! The road there is very bumpy but its okay we get there and it smells like trash or sewee at the entrance. Ok we walk inside and some lady just bumps into me head on, it is so crowded, someone holds my arm I tell them please dont touch me. The tour guide was nice but it was boring I just wanted to sit and relax. The Palace itself was beautiful along with the scenery, gardens, and view. I just didnt enjoy the experience because of the crowdedness and the way some of the men just stare. I got ice cream on the way out which was nice and then some guy just honks twice and then spits on the ground. I lost my patience!

Clean spacious room with kettle and powerful aircon. Very prompt service and helpful staff. The restaurant has a great view, excellent vegetarian options which were prepared fresh to order

A good location,quiet and comfortable.Rooftop restaurant for a good breakfast.Helpful staff who organised me a taxi to see a few different sights.Small local shops nearby.A good quality hotel,I will certainly stay again.
