What they're showing off and what they're providing is different so literally I felt like they cheated on me and I had booked luxurious suit because they've shown me the bathroom with visibility window from the room and after booking I haven't even got it and they decorated wrong room at lowest floor but I had told them for higher floor rooms
Food quality is not upto the mark. Service is quite below par. Only good thing is location and parking otherwise avoidable.

The hotel staff is a fraud. I asked for duplicate system generated bill but he is making bills from mybillbook. I don't know if the owners care about ethics or not. He is asking for 2000 to give the duplicate bill for my stay at the hotel. Changed my perception about Gujarat!
Management just want money and doesn't care about requirements and services on room bookings , I had paid for luxurious suit room only after seeing room on 7th floor and they decorated room for me on third floor which haven't glass partition window for visibility and they all were not even listening to our complaints
Overall, I had a great experience with Hotel H ! located at the best location of the city , staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate my birthday weekend. Their La chef restaurant has left the best impressions! ambiance was very welcoming and charming. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Hotel H. Highly recommend!
This review does not belong to Room Facility, Food etc. But In general suggestion i.e. Please instruct your Main Road Guards to treat the Stray Animal with compassion at least in this Rainy season. Not to beat and and hit Stray Animals by their fav DANDA. These are community animals and will be in our country. Co-existence is the only way. So why to hate them. You may please make some Example by treating them with Love n food and Temp shelter in rain. Please refer the examples set by some billioner/ millioner for the welfare of Dogs, Like Tata, Mahindra & Mahindra, OLA, Patel Infrastructure etc..etc..Thanks
