Had a great experience. Sooraj at the front desk and the people at the restaurant were very nice. Would definitely come here to stay again. Maybe avoid booking via Make My Trip. They make things more expensive and complicated

The hotel is about half a kilometer from the Guruvayur temple's East Nada. The hotel is very well maintained. We had booked a premium deluxe room with an extra bed. The room is spacious, has AC and fan, all the required amenities including electric kettle, safe, dressing table, wardrobe, full length exclusive mirror etc. Bathroom is neat too and also had the required toiletries including a hair dryer. Staff are very courteous, special mention to Mr. Sooraj and Mr. Anish. Their in house restaurant food is of good quality. Breakfast was complimentary. There are several options of eateries in and around this area which can be explored. We also visited Mammiyoor which is around 1 km from here. One can commute using the local autos to visit places around. We had a comfortable stay at this hotel and will definitely come back here next time. Highly recommend stay here!

Hotel is walkable distance from railway station. Multilevel car parking just infront of the hotel. Neat and clean rooms. Hot water shower also available.. Room service is not prompt though..had to call them multiple times to get water bottle delivered in room and also for replacing the tv remote batteries

This is a great hotel with clean room with A/C. It is walkable distance from Guruvayurappan temple and a good place to stay to visit the temple. Downstairs Annapurna restaurant is very convenient. Will definitely recommend this hotel at Guruvayur.

I booked two rooms at the rate of 3200rs per night in June. The checkin time is 2pm. As the checkin time is very late. Asked for early checkin by 10, that was provided with additional cost of 2k per room. They have very strict check in and check out policy. checkout should be made by 12 noon. Kind of paid 5.2k for night stay per room. Rooms are clean and good. But felt Kind of over priced for that service. Could have booked nicer and cheaper hotel for this price near to temple as temple quiet a 10 min walk.Or book a room near a beach with good view. The complimentary breakfast didn't have much option. It is either idly or dosa or puri on order basis. Only 1 litre of water bottle was provided. Rest is charged at 38 rs per litre including service charge. For this price expected toiletries but wasn't provided. Over all good rooms but very much overpriced with strict check in policy.

The best hotel everrr.... I have forgot my clothes and I remember after 10 days and they kept my clothes and sent them via courier .. I really want to thank them to be so kind and helpful .. hotel is neat and ambiences is amazing ... thank you to the team

We were here at this place in May23. This hotel doesn't even keep up to its name. Service was not at all upto the mark. We stayed here for two days and when we give the keys while going out they didn't even bother to clean up the room or make the bedding right. Even the coffee mugs weren't kept clean. On asking why the room wasn't done,they are telling us that they will be doing only if tell them to clean before leaving the keys at the reception . I would rate this on 2/10.

Very good hospitality. Neat and clean rooms. The food at their restaurent was very good. We had kids ad requested for white rice instead of matta rice. The staff at the restuarent were extremely understanding and made white rice for us in no time ! I would go back here and recommend for others too.
