Been there on last month for visiting my client. * Liked the most... Rooms are really very good. Well designed interior. Staff behaviour is good. Location is quite okay. * Needs to be improve... Service is slow. Food quality is okay okay. Have a parking issue for visitors, who comes to visit their clients here.

Best Star Hotel in Thane District. Rooms , Passage , Banquet and Lobby are very high standards. Very spacious. Meets all the criteria of a 4 star hotel. New venues are coming soon.

Its one of the best hotels in Kalyan to stay, the services, aesthetics and everything seems very premium and classy! Food is very delicious & banquet hall is spacious and nice place to celebrate event!

Having lived in North America for almost a decade, I've grown accustomed to certain necessities of life- highspeed internet + WiFi, typical American bathroom, 24/7/365 hot water, etc. Hotel Gurudev Grand did not disappoint in providing any of those features. I stayed at this location, with my daughter, for almost a week early October and we didn't miss home even once! The breakfast was a fusion of southern Indian and local cuisine and had a new item almost everyday. Continental breakfast, although limited, was available all the same. From front desk to bell boys to housekeeping, and security, the hotel staff is extremely professional, and provide quick service. An android TV in the room was a bonus; I could stream all my favorite Netflix shows and some never-seen-before Anime. Over the years I've stayed at many Hilton, Marriott, and Holiday Inn properties in North America and Europe, so far Hotel Gurudev Grand has provided me the best value for money for my stay. We thank you for making our stay quite memorable! I'm sure I'll stay at this hotel during subsequent visits to Kalyan/Mumbai.

A very nice place. I was there for a religious program. The food was excellent. Service was very good. Valet parking is available. Banquet halls are very grand. Affordable also.

A bit far from Mumbai. The breakfast only for local guest, no choices for European people. If you want eat dinner....only vegetarian restaurant. No gym.....
