The only good thing about the hotel is the location, rest everything is pathetic. Room service is very slow I would rather say unresponsive. We stayed at their suite room which had 2 double beds and 2 ACs . There were no remotes and we called the room service thrice but no response received. Means either you use AC at the pre set speed or don't use it at all.Even the fan's regulator is not working. The room even have cockroaches. I would never suggest this place to anyone who is willing to pay 3k as I think we will have better options. And the owner should stop calling it the best restaurant in mathura as I am thinking if this is the condition of their best room what will be the conditions of other rooms.

The over-all experience is average. we have booked 4 super deluxe rooms for 2 nights. but Room experience was below average . becoz room size as per described but hotel provided us very small room no almira in rooms and no electric cattle provided by staff in rooms. Food experience was very good. no issues on that. but a big issue of parking. worst experience. no space outside the hotel for 2 cars. The hotel staff suggested that park your cars on the main road at your own risk. Because outside the hotel some neighbours and staff parked bikes regularly so space is only available for 1 car.

I was good experience for this hotel room was clean & hygiene I recommend to stay this all staff are supportive and location also good.

Hotel location is good as it is near to railway station and in the main market. Hotel room was clean,room service was good. Hotel is having their own restaurant and food quality is also good with reasonable prices. Overall my experience of stay in the hotel was good

Rooms were not clean, bad smelling rooms, not good behavior of staff, rusted shower in bathroom. I would never suggest this hotel.THANKS

On our recent trip to Mathura for Holi we checked-in to this hotel. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, and a clean bathroom. What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff at Guru Kripa Hotel, special thanks to Mr. Shazad Khan. Whether we needed assistance with booking local tours or recommendations for nearby restaurants, the staff was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that our needs were met. They even arranged for transportation to and from the hotel, which was a huge help during my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend Guru Kripa Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Mathura.
