HOTEL GURU - Hotel in Ranchi - Ranchi, India

Rooms are small with zero maintenance. Broken Furniture and bath fittings. We have booked three rooms, all are same conditions. Service is very poor. Total mismanagement. Don't choose this hotel for your vacation.

Planning a stay. Pl bring your genset because here is no power backup during load sheding. I am writing at 4-38 am because there is no power. Moreover you may have heard a surprise knock on your door at late night for dinner which you have not ordered.

Excellent stay .. location is Excellent. Foods are soo good. Good place to choose for staying with family and friends.

Everything was good. Management was much better. Food quality was superb. All the people of the hotel was so cooperative. I really enjoyed my stay there. If I ever visit Ranchi again, I'll be sure to book in at this hotel.... :)

Stay time: December 2021 The location of a short walk from Ranchi station is an advantage. The room was good. Spacious and comfortable, with the necessary furniture for business travel. Rates are attractive (mine was a corporate booking). The service was a little laidback. Daily housekeeping wasn't done. The room service wasn't up to the mark. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. They have no restaurant but a kitchen from where they provide room service. Update: Stay on 28th November 2022 I got a non-AC double room this time for myself (for business travel). The room was comfortable. The room service gave no reason for complaint this time. I had a chicken bharta (Rs 160) in dinner which was sublime and surpassed my expectation. It was made with shredded chicken and the zest of black pepper made it all the more flavourful.

Bathroom was too small, basin was in discomfort able position and dustbin was not available in the bathroom. Ordered food was not up to the mark and it cause food poisoning. They didn't bring the tea we ordered and staff frequently tried to entered the room.Bed was very comfortable... Baaki sab thik tha
