Small and relatively clean rooms with AC, nice to have a mini fridge. Very friendly staff. The key to the room almost never worked so the staff had to come up to open the door. Metro not far and neighborhood has many nice shops and restaurants (shout out to UK Chicken).

Rooftop restaurant has good views. Hotel provided complimentary dinner for all guests for Diwali. Room was ok but bathroom constantly smelt of cigarette smoke (guessing from neighbouring room). Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

I had a bad experience. The rooms are congested with no ventilation. And the mattresses are full of dust mites. I was gasping for air as soon as I entered the room. The building is spacious enough, clean too. They could work on ventilation and mites issue

The hotel is few mins walk from the shopping district of Karol Bagh. In a round about which has other useful amenities like money exchange, restaurants and pharmacy. The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful but unsmiling. This seems to be a common element in many hotels I stayed in India. Staff tend to put an unsmiling face which makes the guests feel a bit unwelcome. I stayed in hotels around the world and there are places I went back repeatedly because the staff were very friendly and helpful. I hope the management will look into this. Price was reasonable. The breakfast is served at the top floor and there is a real crisis of space there and very limited choice.

Not recommend if you are with family. We stay for one night. rooms are not that much clean. Bathrooms are not comfortable. Breakfast is included in our package but it on roof top restaurant. It's hot there and also you can go there by stairs only, so anyone who have physical problem can't go there. Roads are also very narrow to reach there. Still for official purpose you can stay there.

Hi every one it's one of good serviced hotel, maintaining clean as well. But there is reception guy who sits and communicates wrongly when you been and while check out its deffrent. His name rishikant and some raj. Unsatisfied with them ,they don't know even meaning of "complementary". They will commit to customer if you stay 3 or 4 days will give you 1 free break fast or lunch finally they will charge you...!!!! So no need of over Commitments to customer..!!!! Final it's worst..

Nice 3 star hotel located in karol bagh. Hotel is good. Breakfast is average. Breakfast is available on roof top. Main draw back is in summers u cant have breakfast after 0830 as it starts getting hot. Staff is friendly and helpful.

helpful staff. near town. many conviences around. many medical shops nearby. there is also many small stores around that sell all things required. Near bustling night market . it is about 500m away. they provide extra beds with extra payment. rooms are big. But hot water only available from 630am to 11pm
