Pros: good food and lots of options. Polite staff. Hot water. Cabs availability.decent room. Cons: masked Aadhar not accepted.. absolutely not ok when it is accepted all over the country.. had to share DL.. breakfast provided is limited and mandatory tea only.. even coffee is charged extra.. noisy and well lit outside.. at night it's bit Annoying
Orientation of the rooms are faulty. No cross ventilation or exaust not windows can be open. Quality of food needs quite improvement. Staff should be neatly dressed and needs to be trained properly for good hospitality
The place really didn't meet the expectations for the price paid. The room was pretty dingy, smelly and generally very unclean. Bathroom had a lot of leaks and majorly lacked maintenance. The power fluctuated the whole time I was there. The staff at the reception was rude and made it feel like he was doing us a favour giving the room we paid for. If you're new to the area, it is not a great location to be in. Most cabs refuse to go there since a detour is necessary. The restaurant was okay though.
I dont wanna give one star Manager is mia and I don't really like his attitude (mia) he think himself as a owner of this hotel but lol he manager I dont wanna mock but somehow his attitude is too much that's why I'm writing this review he dont have a manner to talk to customer My kindly request to owner that plz chnge that night manager I really hate him n other players too
Everything was good but their room service is not proper. As I wait till 9.30 am after several time request, but I can't able to take my breakfast and check out without breakfast from the hotel. Need to improve on it.
You can't order food From outside I Have Never Seen that happening in any hotel I have stayed till Now their food is ok but it should be our choice
