Updated post owners comment: firstly go and check overall reviews for your lodge (not even classified to call hotel). Secondly I am not blogger, who ask for money (i travel and usually give feedback/reviews for people's help)and if you knw that and you intentionally put that remark, then my only feedback here is God bless you, Thirdly I understand you are here for business, but i appreciate ethical way of doing it, we are aware location of your property is not for hotelling and people simply want to use is for resting and shower before reaching to Mandir... But that doesn't allow someone to to mint money from customers without giving bare minimum services... Lastly it's good if you accept feedback and improve or I think otherwise you are just there to loot people.. It's you Karma... No further comment from me on this.. I am aware I am nowhere wrong here... God bless you +***************** No cleaniness and just for shower he asked 1200/-, when asked to change bedsheet from used by previous guest they denied...

Extremely poor toilets with no Water supply.Arrogant Staff and not cooperative at all!! Free Breakfast was included but they denied of providing us the food. I guess the owner of this property is in deep sleep!!! I would not recommend any one to stay at this property . They are fraud people!!! I request ONLINE BOOKING sites like:- MAKE MY TRIP to kindly remove them from their booking site.

Worth stay. My whole family members enjoyed the trip to mata naina devi. Very helpful staff food were average not so bad not so good but overall nice stay.

Worst hotel ever stayed at.Was very dirty. We booked it online which has good pics but in reality the worst.When we reached we came to know we were alone in the whole hotel.Really looks like a haunted hotel.

Very bad experience ...We visit this place on dated 30 April...we booked 2 rooms.The caretaker behaviour was so rubbish and reduculess. ND the owner who is not present there he is so greedy and cheap man . We call him personally for complaint. But he didn't even hear it ..today I posting my review after 3 4 days ..seriously guys pls don't go in GROVER RESIDENCE HoTel..last thing we give them full payment for 2 rooms but we just stay there only for 2 hours...We are so lucky that we don't stay night there..

Room conditions were pathetic and terrible. Dirty toilet, dirty bed sheets, odor, insufficient lights etc. not worth staying at all. Therefore, I not stayed in Grover Regency Naina Devi. Similar rooms are available at Rs 600/- per day but Make my Trip had charged 4366/- for two rooms for one day.
