Hotel GRG - Hotel in Vadodara - Vadodara, India

A place well known for its mexican cuisine. The portion size is just enough for 2 persons. We ordered nachos with spicy salsa, Italian sizzler, formaggio pizza, tex mex chilli bake, burrito and their very scrumptious blueberry cheesecake. The food served was delicious.............

Pathetic rooms and service, no wifi facility actually available, rude staff, unhygienic rooms, noisy air conditioning

The hotel at a good location but the service is so bad , Receptionist is too rude and he doesn't want to transfer me from non Ac to Ac he ask for 1500 bucks more which is highly unprofessional and service is also okaish , I don't prefer them as a first hotel, please take care

I wish I could rate 0.5 star here coz seriously this is the last place on earth I wanna be at. Very unhygienic! Mosquitoes!! a lot of them!! and then there is this DELUXE ROOM! It is just the name given to a below avg room with very bad quality of blankets causing rashes. They did not helped me with comforters and it was a very cold night! I couldn't sleep and left the room very next day though I wanted to stay for atleast couple of days. The quality of mattress was very very bad! It was like a thin layer of blanket between floor and me. I don't even want to talk about washroom. Ugh!! I believe they spent all their money in decorating their reception. I will NEVER stay here! like ever!! I am so disappointed!

Rooms were stinking with nearby smokers, Room geyser was not working at all, TV remote sometime works & sometimes don't! Also room has few tint insects roaming around! Also room curtains has got no privacy as it doesn't get sticked, it keeps blowing B'coz of fan. Also fan was running only on full speed & Regulator was not working at all.. so overall bad experience. Only thing I liked was it's Tea & Sandwich which I ordered.

Rooms is good upon price But service is average

I would recommend this hotel to everyone in my connect as i like the services, cleanliness and moreover their way of treating the guests. I would also like to say that they follow the rules of check in very strictly!!! Which is good for our and their safety.
