First the positives: 1) The hotel is at a walkable distance from the Chennai Central railway station. 2) The size of the room is good. 3) The bathroom and the room are kept clean. 4) It's a budget hotel and you can bargain for a discount. Now the negative: 1) The hotel is situated in a narrow lane which has a few manholes and during the time of my stay in the hotel the sewage was overflowing and it was stinking a lot. 2) The bed sheets and the towels seem to be in use for a long, long time. There are holes in the bed sheet due to the long usage. The towels have stains.
I have stayed in so many hotels in my life, and I have never come across a hotel like this, and I will never want to stay in a hostel like this again. People who book online and stay at these hotel staff and management think they are staying for free. Those who are traveling with family, solo, or friends, please forget not to use this hotel
This was one of the good hotel nearby the railway station. We reach there at odd hours still they manage to give us a room. Staffs were helpful and cheerful too. Room was clean and all the required facilities were there. One can go for this hotel without thinking much.

Attractive point is this property is very near to Chennai central railway station. Less than 1kms. Service was good and room was very neat and clean.
Very close Chennai Central and Central Metro, a decent place to spend your night with a complimentary breakfast. Rooms have AC and it works well.
Relatively cheaper and better stay compared to other hotels in the city. Located very close to the railway station and is easy to access the metro to travel across the city. The only major issue was the taps which had a very slow/minimal flow of water.
