Hotel Greenland Towers - Hotel in Rupnarayanpur - Medinipur West, India

I visited the hotel stayed for 5 days in between this I have checked in 2 times but the behaviour is very bad as if there are taking the tariff along with this they are taking charges for laundry of there bed sheets. No housekeeping is going on it's their duty to make the housekeeping be aware that every day they have to clean all their rooms if the guests are staying. If u will not clean the room or u will not change the bed sheets daily they will look dirty if u are eating or dropping a bit of tea it is cleanable but there are taking 500 extra for cleaning. What is this all going on in this hotel .Staffs are having their extra income by taking all this amount as if they are not getting the salary. Thanks But very bad behaviour and most imp plz check for your housekeeping staff as if there are working at no cost. I will not suggest anyone to stay here or will refer anyone.

The hotel is located adjacent to National Highway. Very well maintained and clean. food cost is reasonable . breakfast need more option but still it's good. Room is well ventilated, ac working fine, bathroom is big, clean and well equipped. like the reception area and it's very good option for both official and personal visit. Good WiFi connection reasonable food cost room and bathroom size is big and clean

I booked the room with complementary breakfast and lunch/dinner. To be honest I like the room and services provided, it was above par. But, the hotel doesn't have complementary meal services except breakfast. Despite my payment of 975, I was offered to have my dinner within 700 rupees. The officials said they are getting less money from third party to provide lunch/dinner. If I am taking add-ons then I should, at least, get the services of the amount I paid. Even if they are charging for the tax, the amount of services I got was way less than satisfactory.

Decent Place. I visited this hotel, as it's right next to my office, i e Airtel Office, so it's the easiest approach for me to get there by staying in this hotel. The best part of this Hotel is the peaceful environment, no traffic, no noise. It's bit far from main Kharagpur City, but the location is nice for quite environment. Rooms are perfectly maintained, cozy and spacious. As per the price, rooms are justified, with all basic facilities you can expect in this price range. Service is also good, Whole staff is so supportive, specially the manager he's so kind hearted and polite person. The only problem there is of food, however they've multiple options, but mostly Non vegetarian, if you're vegetarian, that could be an issue for you, like I've faced, as it's outside the city, there's no other option for food if you want to try anything else. Rest it's the best place if you want to stay in Kharagpur and looking for some classy place.

good room with cleanliness and all the standards met and staff behaviour is also helpful. Good food but very costly. when I ordered a fresh fruit juice priced as 100 rupees, they brought me a canned juice in a glass, which was unexpected. And also the place is a little isolated, where there is no other shops for food or medicines. overall, nice stay except these 1/2 things.

Great location with ev charging facility. You can have breakfast buffet at 200 Rs.

Hotel cleanliness is parred excellent. They provided basic things like toothbrushes, a bath kit, and even washroom chappals. But the handwash was missing in the washroom. Room has a comfortable sofa too for sitting purposes. Service is good, and breakfast has a good number of options such as idly/vada/poha/omelette/boiled eggs and juice. The only disadvantage was the location, it is located some 8 km away from Kharagpur town. Rest all is good for the price that they charge.
