Hotel green view - Resort hotel in Shivpuri - Shivpuri, India

Although the location of the hotel is a little outside but the ambience and greenery is good. The Manager Mr Bali Gala was a nice person ,and he manged the issue of our bathroom by Changing the room immediately. Restaurant was very good. Would recommend this property

Very good infrastructure and location marred only by lack of upkeep and maintenance. A serious suggestion to the owner would be to spend some money on overhauling the toilets. Also, we weren't provided with blankets on the pretext that they have been sent for cleaning?! Rest everything is good.

I stayed three days. No change of bed sheets, no TV running, no lights in bathroom. After three days, the sweeper came for cleaning. I stayed as a compulsion only. It's Garden and banquet facility may be good, but as far for staying in room and services is concerned it's worst. Geyser is out of order, when i complained, they said tomorrow we will repair. But that tomorrow never came.

worst hotel. no mattres for extra booking. fan not working. staff is very rude they abused us. i was scared of staff behavior and i was unable to move anywhere since it was 4.00am. i was not having any option after travelling 500km.

One of the best hotels in the town

I booked this hotel for 17th(Sat) and 18th(Sun) June, 2017 ... and paid for everything. Due to some reasons I wasn't able to check in on 17th, instead I went there on 18th June(Sunday). I was rudely told that the entire hotel was booked for some marriage and I can't be given any room there. As I have already paid for everything, this was outrageous. When I protested, they suggested me to go to one of their hotels in Shivpuri market area which is small, dirty, dingy and cheap. As I have already paid for higher price for Hotel Green View, this kind of behavior from a hotel is not just unprofessional but an insult to the traveler. I had to stay in the other hotel(Hotel Anuj Palace) as I was upfront denied any kind of refund. They didn't say even 'sorry' to me, as if they are doing any favor by giving me a cheaper, dingy alternative....

Non working AC, bad condition of room, rude staff, they don't even have regulators for fan in rooms. Staying here may spoil your stay.
