Had bad experiences. On my first stay. Rooms are old and nees renovation. The services is not appreciable. The foods are too oily and kind of unhealthy. The only thing good about is that it is located near the railway station. But 2nd time when book online through telephone calls. My room was confirm but when reaching the hotel i was told i didn't book. Such a horrible services . I don't recommend.
Both the room and the washroom were not clean at all. The shower in the washroom was constantly leaking and even after repeatedly informing the hotel management, they couldn't fix it! The bedsheets were not clean and they couldn't be changed even after informing the hotel administration! Irregular room service, irregular hot water and irregularly functional lift were some of the other problems that we faced! Only the complimentary breakfast was good
The location was good as I had a train for the evening. The room was extremely damp throughout and things smelt of mildew. They do not have working Wi-Fi in the rooms only in the common area. It was highly overpriced for what you got. I recommend going to outlaw bazar for a hotel instead.
Poor sevice,dirty bedsheets,dirty toilets,geyser doesn't work in room no 203, no wifi, phone connection doesnt work.. We checked in at the hotel at 9.30pm since our flight was late, they didn't provide us the dinner.. they just said that the restaurant was closed. So because of this, we had to search here and there for dinner.. So a big no for this hotel..
Rooms is good bathroom is clear . But have some issues with the service stuff. We booked another room but at arrival we got to know that are room has a electrical problems we have to adjust with another room. Also face some issues of water and next morning which is solved later but after 2 or 3 hours.
Bad food. Had the smallest bowl of soup ever. Sheets are as coarse as sand. Bathroom taps are loose. Ordered food, came 1 hour later. Called reception multiple times but no one picks up. Bad service. Don't recommend.
The rooms r very nice and staff behavior is also very good tha bathroom is no so hygienic but ok.
Very bad experience ever. They won't give you a room at an online price . They charged more saying online rooms are not available . Please don't do this it's hard earned money.
