Hotel Green Tree Family Restaurant & Rooms - Family restaurant in Hubballi - Dharwad, India

We halted here for lunch but the experience was really bad . May be due to renovation work going on the atmosphere was not at all good , neither AC not fans are there in the restaurant . There are houseflies flying around the tables. The food is just okay but would not recommend this place as a stopover.

Very ordinary restaurant and hyginicaly poor. Mostly Hotel guests are dine in or take parcel in rooms. Food tastes average but dishes, spoons and tables are dirty. Hyginicaly restaurant area was not maintained. For service, only 1 very young girl was serving for 6 to 8 tables at that time in the morning. One thing I want to mentioned is about Hotel rooms. It was horrible experience to stay there for a night.. dirtiest bathroom and lots of mosquitoes. Taps are no longer working properly. AC has only fan sound but very less blower out out. Room service was poorest. And reception guy was very very rude. Just 1 star for safe and proper parking space.

Food and service is excellent but wash room should be more clean and hygnic. We always regular to this spot because it's very peaceful and good restaurant

From outside looks its good , but when they gave us the room it was unexpected and over charged for that kind of room. No washbasin, no hot water and response also not upto the mark. And I went to ask key to use washroom with in 10mins of check out, but they refused to give the keys and asked for Rs 500 to use it. Finally they did not gave us key and we have face the inconvenience even after paying the cost for 24 hours.its not about the cost but its about the Hospitality which a hotel business people should have at first priority.

Request not to have breakfast here, its so tasteless n could not eat n enjoy breakfast Vada was not cooked properly Dosa is not good n potato sabji is just boiled potato with salt n turmeric Idli not cooked properly Oh then comes the tea, its water, tea powder n sugar
