Check in experience is good they're very rude about timing of checkout like if you're going to check out at 8 they'll start calling from 7.50 rooms are small just but enough to rest location is great just 10 to 15 min distance from Santacruz station
Very Bad Experience, Room Not Kept ready even after booking and full payment of Money in advance. Delayed 1 hour to give the available room. No roof for bathroom. No proper light. Unclean bed and pillows.
Looking for low budget stay close to airport? This place is best, go without expectations, you will get what you pay for. For me it was very convenient and I am super happy with smiling and friendly staff.
Annex rooms are very small. OK for single person stay. Breakfast is average no much variety. Staff are courteous, specially the reception. in room dining prices are high, food is OK. There is no power backup in annex so if power fails wait until it comes.
It's a nice budget hotel for a short business trip to Mumbai. Functional and the suit alloted to me in Annex building made my two night pleasent.
