Hotel Green Palace - Resort hotel in Thiruvananthapuram, Varkala - Thiruvananthapuram, India

The best aspect of this hotel is it's prime location on the Varkala Cliff and that it can be accessed by car. The rooms are spread across three levels with the lowest below the main level. The upstairs rooms have a good view of the sea.

Clean and spacious rooms. Had a good view of the sea. Though the bathroom is clean, the bathroom seemed like it needed some maintenance. It's close to the helipad and is at a walkable distance.AABA restaurant is in front and the food there is amazing but on the pricier side

Stay was good and nice service.. however they would have added free breakfast or atleast kettle and T bags in the room for morning. Their restaurant opens only at 8am and it might be difficult specially when u go with kids

Superb location, very quiet, lots of space in front of the hotel. Some 25 rooms, ac, non ac. Usually takes only Gpay, cash or PayPal, but in a pinch will arrange for credit card. No online booking. Call hotel. Lowers price for long stat or off season. Manager Vineet very helpful. Prefers couples, discourages loud or rude behavior (bachelors not readily encouraged). Superb restaurant (coffee available in room only at 8 am, but a coffee shop two doors away opens at 6 am). Abba run by friendly Tibetan men. Tasty food, prices lower than other restaurants. Same day laundry service available (depending on weather). Walk100 yards from helipad as autos not allowed on cliff.

Good place to stay at Varkala cliff. Great view from the second floor rooms. Staff is very friendly and the attached restaurant has tasty food options. Walkable from all the attractions at Varkala cliff and beach.

A typical hotel room for staying after a busy day at the cliff or the beach. It's neither a resort nor situated on a private beach. Food could be delivered to your room from the ABBA restaurant out there in front of the hotel. Clean and cosy rooms with a view of the cliff in front, and keep in mind that it's not a great or broad view of the beach from the balcony. Good choice for staying during a family outing to the beach.

Quality and quantity of food was not compromised. One of must try restaurant in cliff. A pleased and satisfied location to enjoy the view in day and to feel the complexion of dark ocean. Though sometimes crowded but it is a worth to wait by hanging somewhere near purchasing few souvenirs.
