little bit remotely located but courteous and polite communication at the hotel was there and also the service is good. very spacious room and bathroom was there along with a balcony

Worst Stay Everrrrrrrr !!!!!! More than that the staff is horrible. The reception guy is very rude. Talks as if we are asking to stay there for free. Rooms aren't clean and the washroom stinks. Don't book this Hotel !!!! I booked it and checked out in like an hour after finding a better place. There are plenty other options in that locality.

Worst experience we ever had. I wish I could give zero rating. Unhygienic room, AC water drops from the curtain in the room, washrooms are not cleaned from months, except flushing water. To our astonishment, we found cigarettes under the bed, pillow covers were dirty, mattress is broken, stains on the bedsheet were hidden by covering with a towel, when we asked at the reception, the response was that the room is cleaned, a couple of minutes ago....is this their cleanliness definition??? All the reviews posted here are exactly correct. After posting a review management simply apologize as people keep watching, but candidly speaking no one does anything. I will never ever recommend this to anyone. I am not expecting any apologies from management on this platform. If they are really concerned, they should take necessary steps to improvise the facilities. It's really painful to see a lethargic response despite investing our hard earned money, time and effort.

I booked the room at midnight. When I reached the reception guy is saying that there are no rooms available and it's full. When I said I was with family he said that it is not in their hands and I also suggested that they should make them unavailable online if there are no rooms empty. Their response was blank and not favourable.

I wish I could give them Zero Rating. Because of 3rd Class service. AC & Even Fan are not in Working condition. And they charge me for Super Delux Room.

The room is just ok, not as good and clean as shown in pictures. Bathrooms is also just ok. Bed sheets and pilow cover were washed but don't look clean All photos are digitally enhanced. The building is on height, and taking a car there is a little difficult. The receptionist asked for ID for all staying in the room, even for kids ! No any facility available, no room service, no restaurant nearby, no foods, etc. Overall, it's just good to spend the night, get refreshed, and move on.

People never use this hotel, check in check out is such a scene, and even no cleanliness and no service, people over here doesn't know what they have talked within the staff, lavania is better than this, never come here, not even in your last situation, not even 1% worth it.
