it was a great experience. hotel staffs are polite and cooperative. they don't provide dental kit so i gave some money to the staff and asked him to bring me a toothbrush along with a medicine. they complied it effortlessly and with a smile on the face. staff is courteous and made the whole stay pleasant. upon exit i gave them my humble opinion of keeping a kettle which they accepted gracefully. i would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants quality in a budget hotel. should you need lukewarm drinking water just let the staff know. given my experience with hotel and location, i would visit again.

The hotel staff was very polite I checked in at 5 in the morning then too, got very fast service of check in. The staff amd manager was very helpful and we expect this kind of service everytime when we visit any hotel. I love the experience and want to visit again. Stayed here with friends ambiance was good, hotel staff is very helpful and provides quick service we checked in early morning and checked out at evening the manager was very cordial to do that in odd hours. the rooms were spacious and all amenities are almost next to new. Location of the hotel is very near to the Jhansi railway station which makes it easier to connect with the local markets nearby. Overall it's a must stay hotel had an amazing experience.
