Hotel Green Apple - Hotel in Visakhapatnam - Visakhapatanam, India

I stayed at Hotel Green Apple recently, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The breakfast served during my three-day stay was a monotonous repetition, and it tasted very unappetizing. To make matters worse, they placed a single lump of butter and jam in common bowls, which all guests had to share, raising concerns about hygiene. The wada and sambar were equally unpalatable, leaving much to be desired in terms of taste and quality. The only redeeming aspects of my stay were the hotel's location, which was convenient, and the effective air conditioning in the room. However, these positives were overshadowed by the subpar dining experience and lackluster breakfast options. The lady at reception is extremely impolite P.S- Stayed at the same place in 2020..the breakfast was pathetic even then. Just forgot about it hence rebooked here

Good room good service good food Nearme location market, cinema hall, shopping mall, medicine, transport i will staying at 1years back age recently my cousin uncle staying here August month 5days he is saying at good service, good staff,good atmosphere, all are good services. We have booked a banquet hall for dinner. Food, price and ambience are good. Since it's getting late staff started to be rude to our guests. Thier tone changed to be harsh while serving and informing us that the kitchen is closed. They would have also conveyed us the same message in a polite manner.

My recent visit to the Green Apple Restaurant, Gajuwaka left me extremely dissatisfied. The service was painfully slow, with waitstaff seeming indifferent to our presence. When our food finally arrived, it was cold and tasted like it had been reheated multiple times. The menu promised a variety of dishes, but the quality was severely lacking. It's safe to say that this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had, and I would advise others to steer clear of the Green Apple Restaurant... overall experience was very pathetic..,plz plz don't go

We have booked 10+ rooms for the marriage function, The room service is good but the management and the lady at reception is very impolite and rude. Higher Management needs to remove this kind of attitude people out of the service spoiling other customers'expectations..

Had lunch here.. Most of the starters are good but tandoori flavored are a bit salty.. While coming to main course kalmi biryani was good but mugalai biryani was too salty.. I did not enjoy my afternoon meal here..

Overall good stay at Hotel Green Apple. Staff behavior is so supportive. Mr. Sunil has adviced and provided all necessary amenities required to me as I am new to Vizag.

Detailed review: Last week I have booked for a small birthday party and below are some of the issues: 1) Manager is asking for commission if we bring baloon decorator from outside (He said pay 4000 as he will miss the commission if we don't opt for the guy he shared) 2) Manager is directly asking 5% tip on behalf of staff and pushing for it saying many gave 3000, 4000 etc... Not sure if the staff only depends on tips 3) Food quality is worst, he kept all the menu ready at 6.30PM itself, he didn't even ask me by when food should be served... Simply kept it ready at his comfort. I guess his kitchen can serve restaurant if he closes the party menu during afternoon itself 4) All the food is cold and worst in taste, better go for some catering 5) AC is switched off atleast 10 times during a 3 hour party 6) Hall is too small for 50 ppl but they accommodate 80 to 100 7) Lastly they ask for cash else ask us to pay 18%... Why is 5% becoming 18% GST 8) Pay full amount before day evening itself - Why?? Absolutely unprofessional and cheap quality... Never recommended anyone to book this... May be move to city or just book hall and catering guy whom you know
