The location near railway station but for family also it's good place to stay. The staff is very polite and they given good service to us. We booked this for 2 nights with breakfast. Hotel don't have own restaurant so, they are buying from outside somewhere. First morning breakfast quality was not so good so, I told to hotel management and second day the breakfast quality was increase.
I would like to emphasize the very polite behavior of the hotel staff. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable. Very good location.
This hotel's location near the railway station is handy for families. However, our experience had its good and not-so-good moments. The service was okay, but the noise from the busy road outside made things less comfortable.
One thing that puzzled us was when we asked for extra towels and a bedsheet. They told us they couldn't provide them due to heavy rain. It seemed a bit strange, as we didn't think hotels shut down when it rains! We only stayed one night, and it wasn't as comfy as we'd hoped. Plus, our neighbors were pretty loud, making it hard to get a decent night's sleep.

Very cordial and good hospitality from hotel staff, location ideal just opposite railway station and reasonable distance from all major points of Aurangabad.
Room was big , clean and hygienic.
Hotel staff also helped with travel cars and all other amenities.
When we book rooms on telephone, we expect the booking confirmation by WHATSAPP OR SMS.
THIS IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT.
Then guests get 100% surety feeling of booking confirmation.. We are getting this confirmation from some of the nearby hotels.

Service is not good very worst and dosent care of coustmers. They do fine for very little things and the staff is very aurgant they misbehave with coustmers.Worst hotel in aurangabad..
