I write this while staying at this mediocre, and overpriced, hotel. My wife and I stayed here for one night on 07/12/2023 while on a personal visit to Sangli. We were in a Deluxe AC room booked through Make My Trip. The general look of the room was very shabby with a dirty fan, broken light point etc. The bathroom was particularly dirty. The internet was not working, the kettle was kaput and had to be changed. Overall a very poorly maintained hotel is the impression that came out strongly.
The only thing worthwhile is it's location.
It has a grand exterior, the inside part of the hotel is mediocre like a regular hotel. The air conditioning is Excellent. Bedding is normal. Toiletries available in the bathroom too are minimal and essential.
Very nice and affordable hotel stay. The rooms and hotel are very clean and nice. Food was awesome. Very convenient location.
Service is poor in reception, rooms, everywhere but this is the only best place in sangli to stay.

The management is not at all supportive..
They charge u for even slippers.....? But even if u r wanting to have an ice cream then they will say baahar se bulvana padega... Though they have their own naturals outlet...
We only stayed here for one night and the room was booked by our relative who's wedding function were were attending in Sangli. The room amenities were perfect. The rates are decent. Although during this visit we didn't have to use much of their services except for morning tea. But it was quick and good. Parking space is outside on the servie road but, it's safe. They have a very good decor with replicas of ancient maratha artifacts and modern arts, kept in showcases at almost every other corner of every floor. All in all a pleasant stay.
I recently stayed at The Great Maratha Hotel and overall had a positive experience. The room was clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions I had and make sure my stay was enjoyable. The location was also convenient, with easy access to local shops and restaurants was also awesome I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Great place to stay with the family as it's near by to khare Mangal karyalay and also in middle of sangli and Miraj, friendly staff eager to give the best service as the entrance was not as I expected but overall quite and neat and clean rooms
