I am a regular customer of the Hotel Granville and I have booked many times with them in the past. However, I was very disappointed and angry with their service this time. I booked a room for my guest I paid advance payment at the reception. But when my guest arrived at the hotel, they were not allowed to enter. The hotel staff not allowing my guest in the hotel and saying him to pay full payment. The receptionist were very rude and unprofessional. I tried to contact the hotel manager, but they did not respond to my complaint This is unacceptable and dishonest. They have lost my trust and respect. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Cheat their customers. Charging more prices than mentioned on the product such as coldrinks. Food is not that delicious. Manager is rude .
The rooms need to upgrade. The resturant is less than basic however the staff was courteous. The spread of breakfast could have been better in comparison to the cost charged.
Late night eats is very popular here at the restaurant finally borivali has a place where you get good food at the time you want dosa is really good so as the pav bhaji good experience

Beat in class hotel at heart of Borivali West. Recommended for visitors who visiting. Also IDC also there so for food breackfast it's wonderful. Strongly suggested. Must try Tat Edli and rava Dosa along with coffee it's awsome to have in breackfast and snacks .
