During our two-day stay at this hotel, I deeply regretted my choice. The presence of cockroaches and various insects throughout the premises was pervasive and highly unsettling. Not only were the rooms in a constant state of disarray, but they also emitted unpleasant odors that only added to our discomfort.

Pathetically unprofessional. I booked a family room online for 1 night. Only to arrive at the hotel at 12 midnight to find my family and myself being ushered without an explanation to a low budget hotel a few meters away, this despite my online booking AND my phone call confirming my booking 3 hours earlier. We had to walk down a rat infested road in the middle of the night and spend the night in a dodgy "hotel", mind you...the price was not lowered by any means. Disgusted.
