Hotel GRANDE IRIS - Hotel in Sultan Bathery - Wayanad, India

Love the way the staff including the management takes care of the guests. Right from entering the hotel till the room the entire staff is very very cordial. The food is absolutely mind blowing, You don't feel away from home. They served the best food and services to their guests. I would recommend this hotel to every visitor for stay in wayanad.

The rooms were spacious and nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Pros 1. Location 2. Rooms 3. Courteous Staff Cons 1. Not enough options in the breakfast buffet. Not even Masala Dosa which is usually made to order in other restaurants. They also don't offer water during breakfast.

Room is literally a bliss, but service is a flop. They couldnt even bring a cup of coffee in the morning which i personally asked for. Restaurant and room doesnt have any coordination. I should be calling more than one to get the restaurant stuffs done which is not acceptable. And security is damn rude. They are just getting away just because of serenic beauty of wayanad!!

This place is located just next to highway NH766. The property got ample parking space and the rooms are specious. Deluxe rooms having very good mountain and forest view. Free wifi and work desk at room. Restaurant lunch and dinner menu is ok but breakfast can be improved it's stale and tasteless. Compared to the cost we paid apart from breakfast the stay was pleasant. 5 star for room size, location, basic amenities, room service and restaurant staff service. 2 star for breakfast menu.

Value for money. Room is ok, Breakfast less options but good. Location not great, but on the main road so accessible. We stayed for one night.Overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel is well built, Fairly furnished, well maintained. The property have a nice Gym and a party hall. Ample parking facility , guarded around. Breakfast buffet is average, only main course food served ,lunch and dinner is served , Restaurant closes early night. The service staff are uniformed, groomed. House keeping, room service requests are attended shortly. The front office staffs attitude & services are very poor, most of them need to learn what is hospitality. No grooming ,below average service . Overall it is a good property, value for money.
