Very useless hotel , no support from the hotel receptionist and even Manager of the hotel. No facility for the visitors and even if your colleagues wish to meet you, hotel staff are calling to come down at reception. Guest are not allowed. My professor colleague wish to meet me , hotel staff is created an embarrassing situation so donot prefer this hotel until or unless the crisis situation. This hotel is not for educated officials.
Nice to Stay. Located centrally in Panjim. One can roam around near Casino Spots.. Miramar Beach is near.
Out stay was pleasant. Hotel is neatly maintained, rooms were clean and hygiene. Staffs were also very friendly and polite. They don't have proper parking space and have to park on public road.

I had a very bad experience with Grande Delmon, Goa recently. I booked hotel one day prior, they sent confirmation mail but next day they cancelled my bookings (Due to peak season and weekend). They told me rooms are not available but their own website was showing rooms available . I was on my way to Goa and they cancelled my bookings. Moreover, one of the executives of hotel Mr.Dinesh Sharma spoke to me, he was very rude, he does not have any etiquettes how to speak to customer. I don't know how hotel is appointing these kinds of persons. If these kinds of people are there in Grande Delmon, I never ever want to stay in this hotel. I think Grande Delmon has not given proper training to their staff. I am highly disappointed with the behavior of the hotel staff. If there is zero rating, I would have given that.
The place is not well maintained and is quite unhygienic. The breakfast area is downright depressing. There's stench of smoke in the corridors even though smoking is prohibited by law. I had to get my room key recoded four times, and even then it did not work. The refrigerator is noisy, so I could not sleep. I was going to stay here 7 nights, but am moving out after two.
