Hotel Grande 51 - Hotel in Navi Mumbai - Thane, India

I had booked 3 rooms for 2 days . The check in and staff is good . Their was a small issue in bathroom but the same was resolved immediately by the hotel staff . My only issue was the High volume music that the restaurant was playing till late night .Kids couldn't sleep till 12.30 mid night If you are coming with kids , just keep this in mind .

Stuck up in this hotel, due to another worst hotel " Dream Residency". This Grande 51 should be the worst hotel u can stay for. First thing is, there is no parking. The vehicle will be staying out all the time. Second thing, the lift is 3 decade old. Third, the staff doesnt knw about anything. Fourth, the room is cleaned or not, God knws. The bedsheet in my bed was torned out. When I asked about it, they said"During washing, the bedsheet gets torned. Its normal". The interior are horrible. Our doors were not getting locked. No room keys. Toilet not cleaned. Even we asked for everything. The toiletries, coffee, tea, all given when we asked. First they said there is free breakfast, later they sid, u have to pay rs 250 per head. I said okay, and i asked were is the breakfast buffet, and these idiots told" U have to order one dish, which we will bring". I checked out of this horrible hotel.

Had been visiting this hotel for nearly 5-6 times and never had any major issues with the staff. Though I had been complaining about lot of mosquitoes in the room but nothing more than that. This time though the new staff charged me nearly half the amount of booking for early checkin. Plus they even refused to provide plates to eat for outside food whereas my booking allowed food from outside. We were forced to eat in the tray kept for coffee mugs and glasses. Overall a pathetic experience. Never visiting this place again

The banquet hall and rooms AC are not at all good, Food was tasty but the welcome drinks are too strong, we have asked for mini bislari bottles but they didn't provide. The mirror in the hotel rooms are located at weird place we can't even do appropriate make up. The decorator had put plastic wrap instead of carpet and the cost he took was too high. The starter serving people are not properly serving They didn't decorate table for bride and groom. Over all not so good experience.

Best Place for Party Drinks & Dancing. Not recommend Food because everyone taste is different. So visit once & experience enjoy

best hotel in budget in sector 15 Kharghar.... also well connected through Good roads

we booked a suite and they have good suites and food is also very bit . i found the food bit pricey as per the location. I had to cut 1 star because of mices and insects. and room service is slow but they fulfill all your demands. overall property is very charming. hope they look after these small things to improve.
