Hotel Grand - Hotel in Chandigarh, Panchkula - Chandigarh, India

Hotel grand room price is very expensive even room doesn't deserve 500 Rs . Dirty bathroom not clean totally damaged.

It's my first stay in Grand hotel, it was very nice experience and very well accommodation. A very comfortable place. we were choosing a hotel with all the necessary amenities and not too expensive at the same time. I found this hotel in the OYO Room app. My overall impression is very positive. The room was not spacious and not too tiny. There was a tea/coffee set. The staff is very helpful and hospitable. I was happy with this stay.

It's such a disastrous place. My views for Oyo are sliding down. Stayed here for a day. The people and the staff made me feel like I'm staying in some rural village. No hospitality, no decency, no etiquette. Even laundry and room electricals don't work properly. You'll have to re-think before you touch anything, who knows what gets broken just by touching. Laundry n clothing is mess. Hated it, literally.....!! One more thing, if you're carrying a vehicle, they'll ask you to park it on footpath and will assure you the safety and will also promise you to sign you a blank cheque if any misshapening occurs. Real blunder !!! Enormously rich in attitude or dung in their brains.

No clean beds and towels were wet. Location is excellent nearby petrol pump but the hotel staff experience was bad. Toilet was having a water leakage and ac remote not working.

The Receptionist was very non-cooperative & unfriendly. The Administration started informing us about rules and regulations unheard of on arrival. We eventually didnt check-into the hotel due to the very bad experience at the onset.Even the OYO Customer Care Centre acted numb in this situation. Going forward, if this is how OYO intends to treat its customers in such dismal way, then future bookings & references are out of question. Only bad reviews resulting in negative marketing will follow suit.

Nice room , good service

The location of the hotel is the biggest drawback. Its in the outskirts of Chandigarh city and the surrounding area is really a mess. The roads were in bad shape and full of mud and garbage. There are automobile(trucks and busses) repairing garages in the vicinity so you can expect noise and people of that class l. The hotel is very small and have limited number of rooms. The rooms were ok but definately overpriced considering the above points. I had booked using OYO and I wouldn't recommend any one to stay in this hotel. Stay here only if you have some work to do nearby this area.

Ghatiya hotel. Bad smelling rooms. Dirty washroom. Poor service at an expensive price.
