Hotel Grand Visava - Hotel in Lonavala - Pune, India

Pathetic hotel. They cancelled my official booking done by making full payment in advance, as they received higher rates from other customers after 15 days. No reason given for cancellation, when I called for reason, they said that hotel is under renovation, but at other places came to know, hotel is fully booked at higher prices and no renovation is required. No ethics, do not trust this hotel, go for somone who has basic integrity left in serving customers

We stayed here with family. The stay was good but not worth the price. Rooms and bathrooms are very compact. Not well maintained. Amenities - While booking, amenities like pool and indoor activities were mentioned, but in reality it was not functional. Service - We asked for an extra bed while checking but we had to follow up multiple times for the same. Breakfast buffet was good. The location is good.

Worst hotel! Fraudsters. Mr.Pankaj who is the manager in the hotel has conducted fraud. I have booked the hotel and asked for the check out prior to the date of check out so we asked to the manager if the hotel give refund then we will leave the hotel otherwise we can manage stay as we have already paid the amount . At that tym he is getting room enquiries so he told us to leave if we want and he will initiate the refund in a week. Now its already 4 months but no one has refunded our money .whenever we called him he will disconnected our call and not giving reply on WhatsApp as well. This hotel don't have any proper management and there are no indoor activities as mentioned on booking websites. Hotel is full with fraud managers and lier employees.

Very good and co-operative staff. Tasty breakfast buffet. Neatly maintained rooms. Near to all attractions around. Pool is not functional at the moment.

I booked this hotel at the last moment. Booked at a descent price. Had butter chicken was very good. Breakfast was also very nice. Room was clean had a good experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any request. The room was clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and plenty of amenities. The location was also great. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are good but not so spacious.The services were slow and breakfast option was very limited..overall experience was Ok Ok...

hotel is osssaaaammmm breakfast provided is good. taste for food is amazing. very cooperative staff swimming pool is nice ambience is pleasant recommended for stays cooperative staff breakfast buffet was really great swimming pool is nice. a complete staycation
