My recent stay at this hotel can only be described as a nightmare. The room was in a state of utter disrepair, with malfunctioning amenities and an infestation of mosquitoes that made it impossible to sleep. The most immediate problem was the non-functional flush in the toilet. Repeated attempts to flush resulted in nothing but the ominous gurgling of water, leaving me stranded in an uncomfortable situation. I was forced to call housekeeping, who arrived after an inordinate delay and simply shrugged their shoulders, claiming they couldn't fix it. As if the toilet debacle wasn't enough, the charging slot near the bedside table was also out of commission. This meant I couldn't charge my phone or any other electronic devices, leaving me completely disconnected during my stay. But the icing on the cake, or rather, the mosquito on the ceiling, was the rampant mosquito infestation. The room was teeming with these pesky insects, buzzing around my head and landing on my skin, making it impossible to get any rest. Despite using mosquito repellent and closing the windows, they seemed to find their way in, leaving me with a multitude of itchy bites to commemorate my stay. The overall experience was nothing short of horrendous. The malfunctioning amenities, the lack of basic hygiene, and the constant harassment from mosquitoes made it a truly unforgettable night - for all the wrong reasons. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to reconsider, as it is a place where comfort and relaxation are nowhere to be found.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights with family. After checking In, I was not able to bear for 1 hour and informed reception for checkout next day, as I have already paid advance before visiting hotel. Poor and unhygienic rooms, 2 single beds instead of double beds. Bedsheets and towels were having stain marks and also over the rooms. Bathroom was choked and had to change the room. Window AC on head making continuous noise. My suggestion: Please don't book this hotel.

Room is not up to the mark. King/queen size bed bol k 2 single bed chipka diya. Flush wasn't working. Towel wasn't there. It was a 3 star hotel. I even visited other 3 stars but they were better than this. This 3 star hotel deserves 2 star only bcz of its services.

The room available on the ground floor had the smell of cigarettes forcing us to take a room on a higher floor. All rooms there were very small. The lift didn't have power backup. The hotel policy does not allow visitors in the room.

Worst hotel experience i have ever experienced with any hotel. I had booking with agoda online app and at the time of check in the hotel owner & manager asked for 1000rs. More for check in when i ask for booking amount they told me that 30% of booking amount taken by the app so i have to pay more for check in & when i denied they just did misbehave with me. The worst hotel experience in ghaziabad with hotel grand tushar.

The hotel was really good, affordable, clean and close to all amenities. The staff was really helpful as I had to regularly extend my stay.

Check-in was so easy and early. staff is very friendly in this hotel. nice and clean rooms they provide nice service. service man was very fast. and also location was good. over all fabulous hotel.

Hotel is in prime location, good nature of staff and service is very good. Food are also hygienic and hotel staff are very active on service.
