Must must must book this hotel, if you are a scenic lover. This hotel is awesome, the building, the food, the service, the view it is just amazing, i just can't have enough words to explain it and its dining hall oh my goodness. You will never regret booking this hotel, its quite affordable and rooms are okiesh types but still i was grateful for choosing this hotel. Worth every penny.

The stay was amazing. The premium room has got a beautiful valley view which is a must while having breakfast or lunch. Apart from that the rooms are clean & tidy. Food over here is also delicious. Staff here is very kind & helpful. But the 5/5 stars goes to the amazing sunset which is clearly visible from here. The sun sets in between the valleys & you can't miss that.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Golden Crown Mumbai and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way, leaving me with lasting memories and a desire to return. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who were genuinely committed to ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was promptly escorted to my room. The level of professionalism and attentiveness displayed by the staff was remarkable.

Good location of the hotel. You can see the whole valley from balconies and rooms. The property is a little old. The bathrooms are old and have leaky taps. The food is great. They have a good common area with reception and dining space. Overall good experience

Wonderful staff, excellent food, and amazing room service. We weren't expecting much but the rooms were clean and the sunset was gorgeous. Had a lot of fun with the family. We didn't really feel like eating after a full day of travel but when we ordered, everyone ate nicely. The food was like a tasty home -cooked meal. Loved it.

The location was great for a perfect sunset. The room alloted in -4 level means need to climb up & down every time 4 floor through the stairs which was pathetic. Poorly maintained property. Room and beddings found dirty and not changed before alloting us. We have to adjust with that till the evening. Clean bed sheet and pillow cover provided on demand in the evening. Room heater charged additional 200 per night. Not value for money in respect of room & amenities. Not a memorable experience except the sunset view from the hotel.

Everything else is excellent except the rooms. The property is very old and needs remodeling. Best: sunset view, food, car parking, location. Worst: Rooms. I booked for 5000 per night (bf+dinner) in mid of june 2023.

I didn't stay because one of the hotel staff Mr Khurana quoted attractive offer on phone but when I reached, he backed out. Found this person highly unethical and unprofessional without basic sense of hospitality. Better to give it a miss as there are better options in the vicinity
