Cockroach Cockroach Cockroach Everywhere only Cockroach under the bed or on the bed, in the washroom, in balcony, in corridor only Cockroach . Hotel is average. Its room is very small and too much dirty and have too much cockroach. One has to call again and again for service, which is nothing special and the hotel reception person talks in a very rude manner. It is a very dirty location because there are only bars and liquor shops all around and only drunkards roam around on the road and all of them treat the girls very badly. Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers. We have booked 3 rooms for 7 people and As I asked for hot water they are Suggesting us ideas about how can 7 people bathe together in 1hour from 6-7am in winter's minus 1 degrees. They provided us pillows which are wet and they Also Dont have Blankets... They lights in the room stopped working. And it's just been one hour and a loads of complaints. No Geysers in Any room. They have some idiotic boiler System. Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge... Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star!

Worst hotel. We visited this hotel in the month of January with family and it was our misfortune we had chosen this hotel for a family stay . We had a very bad experience in this hotel . The staff which was in night duty was very rude to us and he was behaving in an unprofessional way . He wanted to misbehave with my sisters . Don't chose this hotel for a family stay as it is not safe for ladies and the environment is very bas it's very dangerous for girls and ladies.. I would have given zero rating if it's there .

Overall a decent experience. Small rooms, Compared to other hotels. AC Non AC Rooms Available. Room rent is bit more considering the area. Decent room, and average service. The surrounding area is not good and it has very narrow lane.

I would recommend this stay. Premium rooms in a budget.clean and hygienic rooms. Railway station and bustand in walkable distance.

Very close to the Railway station. They helped me to check in at 5 AM. Rooms are clean and neat. Surrounding area is a little shady as Solo female travellers might feel unsafe while reaching here in the midnight.

Such a filthy room they have provided even after booking beforehand they haven't even did the basic cleaning like dusting the bed and room, bed was full of bugs and washroom was never cleaned! Most interesting part is upon calling the reception for asking the same, receptionist was so rude that he started yelling!! Poor hotel I had to give negative star rating

I don't recommend the hotel.Because1.The location was unhygienic , very bad and crowed area. 2.One of the night receptionist was so rude and tricky.3.The rooms were congested and bathroom is bad ,need more maintenance and cleaning work.the bathroom bucket and cup 4.404 main light is not working.5.Toilet facilities were not properly working. 6.For that hotel their charges were so expensive.7. They offered us (group of 15 peoples)to use 1or 2 room for early check in at the time of booking (@RS /room). But when we checked in @ Hotel they didn't give 1 or 2 room for us . And said we have to check in all 4 rooms for fresh up. So we paid 1,800 Rs qs additional charge for early check in when we asked about the details their response was very rude (Especially receptionist) I don't recommend this hotel for anybody

Online it is showing parking available.... But u can't even take your car inside that street. Had bad experience. If parking is not a problem, then you can book this hotel.
