Went to their Cafe for late evening coffee. Restaurant was clean and modern. The AC was off, but they turned it on. Coffee (latte) was simple. Took a long time. Their finger chip (French fries) was good. Service average. Overall, ok experience for a small town.
You would feel the best ever service and hospitality while visiting here whether it is in the case of taste of the food or in case of staying here. One of the person named "Ayush" has the best quality of providing services to the customer. Thank you team Grand SR.

I visited here for business trip in Azamgarh. somehow two buttons of my shirt are missing so I was worried that what I wear . but hotel staff tuck my both buttons within 10 minutes. and they charged no money for that .Great service.

This place is good for the place to stay or for booking of banquet Hall for Marriage/Birthday/Anniversary ceremony. They can get 5 star but I think there is some place where they need some improvement.

I just booked the hotel date of 29 may of my niece wedding overall are good . At the time morning since 4 o'clock light has failed for 45 mints and still receptionist are sleeping during marriage function no body wakeup for to fixed electricity issue
