the people here are soo dangerous for the name of couples, even people in the street approach to beat the couples with making complain to their parents as well , Me and my friends who had gone there with their girlfriends had a very bad experience for the place.. couples are allowed in room but my suggestion is not to go.

Don't go here. There are hidden Cameras that insert in the setup box or tv. We detect the camera with d help of our machine. If u want privacy and all those things just look for other hotels but don't book this hotel's room. Bad service, Bad Area, Hidden Cameras.

Worst hotel i had ever seen in my life. Staff also can't behaves respect. Especially one mr: AJAY. And please don't come with family. This is not a normal place

Everything is excellent and specialty manager Mr.surendra and service guy aslam was extremely humble supportive and dedicated towards the welcoming and services

Avoid Booking here. It's not a hotel it's running rooms for call girls. One of my friend booked room here but all rooms are very small and in every hour some girls are keep coming to all other rooms. Even hotel staff ask him if he needs service. Avoid Booking here.

The hotel is a waste of money and will instill bad experiences in you if the city and the area. Let this review be precise and to the point so that it guides you well. 1. Neighborhood- Since the hotel is located in an Alleyway(Gali), It is a constant hangout place for hooligans and local loafers, cigarette and marijuana smokers and drunks. Going with females is highly unsafe. 2. Location- Located in an alleyway (Gali), locating this hotel is difficult for most of the e-food delivery joints, let alone you. 3. Staff- Staff is rude and impolite. Asking them something offends them. I asked for a blanket to realize that it offended them as they asked e multiple times why i needed one. Then they provided me one that had 16 cigarette burns in it and returning it was one hell of a trouble as they would not accept it and said that I did it. 4. Kitchen- There is no kitchen with the hotel and hence all food is bought from local, road side, vendors, garnished and served. Hygiene here is a myth.Complementary Breakfast, as in most hotels, is somewhat acceptable, here it is street food. Food prices are over rated. Even a cup of tea and a bottle of water is bought from the nearby vendor and then provided. 5 Rooms- Rooms are way smaller and bathroom is not meant for tall people. Average Dimensions of the room is 5ft x 8 ftx 7ft (lxbxh) and the bathroom is3ft x 4ft x 5.5 fts(l x b x h). TV doesn't work, AC can not be controlled (so if you feel cold, switch it off and if you feel sweaty, switch it on again) and the bed is smaller than a queen size for a double bed. Even if they have rooms, with keys dangling on the reception, they wont let you have or see any other room. In all, the Hotel is sub-standard to be rated 2* on websites like Cleartrip, Yatra and GoIbibo.
