Careless services. Possibly only for restricted people. General public not as Welcome. No escalator. Handicapped not helped. First go by stairs up the to your room by stairs down, cumbersome experience.
Ac not working staff behaviour is to pathetic,manager lies to customer,no hygiene maintain You have to all for all basic things again and again.

It is a prestigious hotel but the location is not that good as you have to cross flyover in pilibhit , best place for small functions.
Even tho the hotel has a wide range of room types but their room service is literally very very poor. I stayed in Luxury room and was expecting to have a royal servicing but all I had to deal with was a high delay in everything like for the breakfast I had to wait minimum 40-50 minutes even if I just order an Omelet. For the drinking water in room I literally have to wait 25-30 minutes and call 3-4 times as they forget to bring me the water in my room. For the TV channels I got my favourite channels subscribed after about a week even when I just had 4-5 channels demand on a la-carte base on TV channels subscription. By the way if you wanna stay there then I recommend you to stay in room number 204 as I stayed for more than a month and by me the room was really comfortable with a perfect garden view.
Hotel is very poor, Cleanliness is very bad hotel room and washrooms are too dirty. Services are third class, staffs are not listening to customer. Bedsheet, Pillows, Blankets are very dirty. Towels, Shampoo, Shower Gel NOT available in the washroom Food and Drinks quality are not hygienic. No hot water and limited drinking water tea cofffes pouches are expired quality and electric kattle was not washed properly. I request peoples please DONT book this Hotel otherwise you'll realize its total wastage of money.
One of the best hotels/restaurants you can find in pilbheet. Ambience was really good with little to no crowd. Interiors were pretty nice with well lit up environment. Coming to the food the main course was pretty satisfying Apart from the fact that their service was slow there is nothing much to complaint about this hotel. As it is quite difficult to find a nice restaurant/hotel in a modest town.
