Hotel Grand Serene & Arham Food - Hotel in Etawah - Etawah, India

The property is well connected to road, close to railway station. The checkin was smooth.. the hotel is a good n clean one. The rooms are good n pretty. The wash rooms though were dirty. They need to taken care of. No one cared to offer towel or toileteries. No even a water bottle. This was unpleasant. Rest.. the stay was fine. Whenever the Power goes off, everything in the room shuts down. Then they manually switch on the generators.. that's a bad service. Plus in AC rooms, the AC won't work if there is power cut. And it's etawah, power does cut a lot. These people have a master MCB for your AC at reception, they switch it off from there. This is highly unacceptable. You are charging the rates as per metro cities, atleast give AC also for 24 hrs.

Although the rooms could have been a bit cleaner, the staff were very helpful. Room service food was delicious and reasonably priced. Would recommend to stay! Thanks!

Would give less than 1 star but there is no option for it.. very rude staff .. kindly don't visit this place and don't book rooms here..

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The price was affordable, the room was clean, the staff was kind and helpful and the parking was well managed.

Attended a function in banquet hall... they do not have sufficient power backup in case of no electricity... only a small genset is available, which cannot take the load of coolers and AC.. they should augment it.. it's necessity for Etawah..
