Needs proper grooming, training to the staff. Unprofessional staff. Rooms needs maintainance. But staying 1 day is good. They have a great Restaurant and taste but they expect customers to repeat the order as they always get incorrect orders on tables.
Very poor food service and very bad food. Food ordered was very cold and after complaining to manager the replacement dish given was also wrong. This is second tine this happened. Dont recommend this place at all
Poor service. No maintenance at all. Bathrooms are not clean without towel rod or soap dish. They offer complimentary breakfast but when you go to restaurant they will say only idly is available. You won't get the bill if you checkout before 10. Only madam knows to operate computer who comes after 10. They say will email you but don't. She say it's mailed but I had to return to collect. Do not recommend. Avoid if you need a comfortable and peaceful stay.

They don't have even basic facilities like electric power when power cut you have to wait atlast 30 min to power come back It was worst experience We where in hotel Without light fan AC for 30 min
Leaking A/c reported at reception, madam shows notice that a/c not in our scope. Which manager buys A/c for a room and expects customers to accept that the leaky a/c is not the hotels fault? The service staff are good. The hotel is deserted as of now. Could use some accountability from hotel management.
