Hotel Grand Regency ( Now Closed ) - Hotel in Bhopal - Bhopal, India

Please avoid this Hotel, there would be a warm welcome, but rooms are very dirty with spitting every where. bathrooms are the worst. they even do not have 24 hr water runnng in bathroom, whenever you want to use bathroom you would have to request for starting the water. The bahroom and washroom has never cleaned,, there is all Gutkha spitting in bathroom. Seems staff has never used toilet cleaner. Also they won't do the regular cleaning of rooms lke swipping etc. I was stranded overnight, wrong selection of hotel. Please avoid it at any cost.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to just don't ever stay and if you're a young couple I would strongly recommend not to , they try to fake a raid with some corrupt police officers and ask for money illegally without any valid point of inspection . Luckily my arguments were on point and I don't have to spend a single penny. Don't let these cheap people fool you . Avoid stay in this hotel also their service is worst , staff is bad (chewing tobacco) and rooms and bathrooms were very untidy.

Very bad experience, I didn't find anything grand, point to be noted: 1. They offer Small rooms also for 2+1 guest which should not be there. 2. I was with senior citizens with heavy luggage, I asked the hotel staff to help with it and they said of course but no one showed in next 10 minutes, and rain was about to start 3. No proper cleaning. 4. We asked for drinking water 10 times, they provide us after that with a tap water to bring, it was tasted like chlorine. 5. Bathroom fittings were very poor, you have to hold the push button for shower, and also cool and hot sign were wrongly placed. 6. No tea in the morning at 8 AM, neither complimentary nor paid. 7. Unwashed towels, badshhets and quilt and if also washed, very bad condition and look like they haven't changed it for more than 5-6 years... Check the photos 8. When I checked out, they asked for my phone for some oyo process and I guess they rated themselves as I didn't get any rating option, if I got there I would have write the same. In short there is nothing grand in grand regency...

It was under renovation when I visited.. location is good if u want to visit near kolar only. Property is not maintained properly. Washroom were not clean.. staff excused by saying we r under renovation.. but surely the service is not that good. Over all its safe, staff behavior is good, nice for frnds, family or couple

Very bad experience. Rooms are very dirty with full of cockroaches. No room services. No hot water in tap, for bathing. Extremely bad breakfast, I had 2 days stomach upset after having the breakfast. #Oyorooms Reception people are cooperative, but they have limited access to the room services and kitchen. Overall I would not like to stay this type of hotel under #OYOROOMS, #OYO

Booked a deluxe room there but didn't got one. When asked about the difference between the classic and the deluxe room they replied that there is no any difference. Room was too small and washroom even more. There are many more better options than this hotel in Kolar.

It is a very bad hotel to be honest. The rooms are never cleaned properly and there's lots of cockroaches. The rooms for 3 people are very small. The bathroom never has hot running water. Overall a very bad place to stay in.

Worst place to stay.. Room service pathetic.. Initially there was no hot water and when asked they said "pani ka tanker nahi hai"(seriously tanker for hot water) and after 1hour they said that the rod isn't working. Later, we asked for change of room which took again 1/2 an hour and when nxt morning we asked for breakfast it came by 10 am when its time is 9:00 am. Worst was that at the time of checkout he asked for phone asked me to open OYO to confirm booking id and gave 5 star as feedback himself that too without my knowledge.... Service sucks..
