My encounter with this establishment was truly disappointing. Despite prepaying for a 4-day stay, I only stayed for one day. Their promise of refund via online transfer went unfulfilled, despite multiple complaints. The redeeming factor was the quality of the rooms. However, the overall experience was marred by their lack of integrity and failure to address grievances.
Location wise excellent just walking distance to Karol Bagh Metro. Staff was so quick and helpful, Food was so tasty , Full hygenic, Breakfast was also great. I can recommend to all to visit this hotel.

Nothing grand about this hotel, lacks hygiene and smelly toilets, no ventilation, no in-house kitchen. Terrible hospitality, wet walls ! Definitely can do better if these reviews are worked on. But I would never recommend this hotel.

The hotel looks very good from outside but the rooms inside are not well maintained, like there is minimal lighting which makes the rooms look very dull, the water heating kettle was not working at all, the TV was not working at all and even the telephone for contacting the reception was not working which made us little discomfort, also beed sheets and pillow covers need to me more clean
Very old hotel, rooms are small, service and location was excellent, breakfast and dinner is ok for the cost provided, no parking available, you have to park the vehicle in road, shopping area in 300 meters, very near to metro as well
For the booking amount in oyo , this is "wow" place. Beautiful room with amenities such as Sony bravia TV , hot water supply, coffee maker, 3 sets of clean towels ,etc. Staffs were very pleasant and cooperative. Location is great in terms of accessibility. Nice interiors and lighting. But no in-house restaurant. Breakfast is given inside a small hall on the ground floor. Buffet breakfast is fair and great compared to other similar oyos. Overall A nice place to stay
