Hotel Grand Parkway - Hotel in Chennai - Chengalpattu, India

Room service good ..Old hotel need some cleaniness in Bathrooms ...small rooms as well ..You get good food near by as it is just opposite to Tambaram Railway station..

Booked a hotel in advance. Arrived midnight and the check in went fine. Bad experience started after that. Went upstairs and walked through the hallway. Full of cigarette smoke and alcohol smell. The access card did not work. The front desk person had to use his key to unlock the room. Didn't like the room as the fan was making a lot of noise and the sheets were not clean. Front desk person showed me 2 other rooms, which was even more bad with dirty sheets and a lot more cigarette smoke smell. That too in a non-smoking room. I guess the cleaning crew doesn't do their job well. I didn't have any other choice other than taking the 1st room. Somehow managed to spend the night and vacated the room as early as possible the next morning. Big no for me to stay at this hotel again.

The location of the hotel is good but the problem is that no dining facility is available inside the hotel. The amenities like Wi-Fi are also not good. In the rooms, no coffee, Tea and hot drink water maker facility is not available.

Very poor room maintainers.. only photos it looks good. But staying is not at all good.. very worst experience... staff is not at all guest friendly. Totally unsatisfactory experience. I won't recommend this to anyone

Hi, I am Karthik and i booked 19 rooms in total for a marriage in this Hotel Parkway. I really wanted to post this review because of bad quality of the hotel. 1. Heater was not working in atleast 4 rooms. 2. Access card didnt work for 2 rooms. 3. Ac remote was not working in my room. We had to book this hotel just because it was opposite to the mahal. But we regret doing. Restrooms are so bad than a 500Rs lodges. We booked these hotel for a marriage, with all these problems it was creating chaos among our guests. Heater and access cards are baseline requirements for any hotel. Overall bad experience.

Hi guys. I'm from Andaman i came here for my surgery purpose very Good nd nice people. Help desk Mr. Govind helped us lot. I stayed for near about one month. But we have got full support nd coordination of the staff. Hotel is good for family and others also. Room service boys all r good. Specially one person Sushant was a nice guy including him all others good. I must say owner of the hotel is so best and i didn't met but I can imagine. Bcos so well he trained their staff to behave with clients and all. Bcos i have seen everyone is well manner and all boys they r doing their work on time. I must appreciate each and everyone of the hotel including owner also.

It's really a good place to stay. The room was neat and clean. Best in my experience

Good service and all facilities are good. I will recommend to families also. 500 mtrs from TAMBARAM Railway station.
