A good value for money hotel on the Igatpuri highway - lots of parking available. Food options and shops are below the hotel, it's one big complex with even a play area.

Room - needs refurbishment as the walls are quite stained. Bathroom is fine but towel quality and fitting need a change

Front desk staff very casual, no smile or greetings while checking in or out. There is only 1 staff at reception anyway. Reception is to the extreme right of property.

Nice place for a night halt. Room housekeeping should be much better as my room had designer cobwebs in the corners indicating they hadn't been cleaned for long. Lunch and dinner service is excellent courtesy Arvind, one of the waiters who is dynamic and warm. Breakfast service was very ordinary.
Good hotel, easily accessible. Clean rooms and facility. Staff behaviour is also great. Bathroom is bit small. Food was Ok, not extraordinary.
Suggestion: There was no kettle in room for making hot water/tea which is common nowadays. Please add the same.

It is the most untidy n unclean place I have ever experienced. Torn bed spread, dirty quilt, torn wall paper, dirty bathroom, room full of dust everywhere.....Very expensive compared to the services and it is very disturbing n noisy as it is located on a highway.

All is perfect to stay, Food is only Veg but thats fine, kids play and pool is good. Our stay was good. But I would like to highlight to hotel management please please improve your bedsheet, pillow cover, blanket cover, washed one is also dirty maybe because it's too old or the quality of the wash is very very poor. It's must improve things rest all is Good.
