location: Good location, with in 1-2 km from the lake. Rooms: rooms need update. Very normal rooms , with normal decor. however the mattress was nice and comfortable. bathroom needs refurbishment.Triple room is very small.Double room size is okay in the old block. Breakfast: buffet quality was just okay, no variety few items.. staff: staff behaviour was good. Parking: has parking for 10-12 cars. overall okay for a day's stay if you are going to be out for most of the time.

A good room for stay. Nice interior and a very good service. Hot water only available in morning and evening. Clean room and clean vaccinated toilets, overall good for the budget for family and couples.

I booked family room for 2 days from agoda after seeing the 3 star rating location of hotel is convenient,room is quite clean but very small literally room is only for sleeping. They didn't provide bathroom slippers and hair dryer,comb etc which should be essential for 3 rating .In the name of the toiletries and bathroom kit only soap cake and shampoo tube is provided.which is not expected in Rs3350/day

Good experience at this hotel. Especially nice for family stay. Service was good. Near by lake and away from town traffic. When the time of booking it shows valley view from room but little disappointed for this. And don't expected much from restaurant also. Staffs behaviour was nice. Good car parking space. Over all Good. 4/5

We booked it as our last option as there were no other availability left. But stay was quite good for budget hotel. Nice breakfast they provided. Location wise also this place is good - walkable to lake with good parking space and few fresh eateries around. Overall our stay was satisfactory for the cost.

Hotel is located near to the lake. Hotel is clean and has ample parking space. There is no lift available. The main concern is food and house keeping. They charge 150rs per person for breakfast buffet and give only idly,dosa and poori. Breakfast is very bad in taste it is totally waste of money, we can get better idly and dosa at small dhaba , so don't opt for complimentary breakfast. House keeping is worst ,we stayed there for 3days but house keeping did not come on 2nd and 3rd day for room cleaning. On asking reception they are saying it will be done after checkout.

Rooms were good and front office staff was very good. There is no food availability in the hotel apart from breakfast that too idli and dosa only. It's very tough to stay in a hotel without food with family considering rain and hilly areas. Try to improve on those paths. Restaurant is very pathetic.

Rooms and services are really good and very cooperative staffs but the location of hotel is not at all good. There is two govt alcohol shop in hotel lane and hence the lane and surrounding is not at all family friendly or decent. Try to see hotels near the bus stand or upper lake view if your budget is not a concern as you should enjoy the surrounding and not feel uncomfortable about it. There is another lane that you can use to go to Lake and main city but crowd is more or less the same around both of it. There is no decent veg restaurant to have food also, their in house resturant just provide breakfast hence either you have to Zomato or walk till fhe Lake or Bus stand which is 10-15 min walk
