Pathetic service given to customers. Very unsatisfied. Ordered a beef fry cost Rs.210, they are not even providing a gravy. The reason told was it was a star hotel.. No Air conditioning and service by attenders was bad, i wonder on what basis they are charging for dishes.
Just about a right place, nothing unique or nothing special. Convenient spot in the middle of town, large parking area available. Decent rooms and service also ok ok. Bar attached so one need not to travel far for a drink.

Ordered, soup, beef dry fry and poratta.. asked for extra gravy and they told gravy not available.

Atmosphere was so noisy due to fans in room/ kitchen.
Really bad experience. The attitude of the ground floor hotel staffs is pathetic. We had to wave hands for almost 15mins to get a glass of hot water. And they didn't even had the courtesy to pour it for us. The ladies were the staffs there. They were not even looking at the customers they were laughing and talking and doing their thing. Not going to there again. However the food was okay.
Decent restaurant with customer friendly staff. Different varieties of dishes available here. Taste of the dishes is satisfactory. A/C dining area is little better as compared to non A/C dining area. Sufficient parking facility available here and room facility also available here. This is a family friendly Hotel and restaurant. Wash rooms are looks good and hygiene. Wide range of backed products are available here.
Food Biriyani and regular meals are below average. Better to avoid these here. The fish fry ordered was not cleaned. Lots of waist inside fish. Food supplier quality is very bad. They don't understand what we order. The only good thing is parking space.

We booked the entire place for almost 2 days. Rooms were very neat and well maintained. All our functions were well organized and managed. Food was delicious and spot on.
Kudos to the entire team and to Manager who made sure everything was in place.
We had bad experience from the bar staff, we have been relaxing our moments at roof top bar and the bar guys suddenly switch on the flood light facing us at 10.25pm excatcly like irritating us, and i asked them to switch it off but the bar staff sanderp and nithin they said that they have been working since 10 am they would like to close this bar as soon as possible and also they also refuse to give drinks even at 10.45 pm as per govt rules a bar should provide drinks until 11.00pm
we felt really bad about their behavior
