Decent Rooms, well maintained by the staff and service is good, Food's Also good and Had a decent stay.
The room was good and spacious, we were three and got an extra bed too.. Except for the commode in the washroom, everything was good.
Pathetic experience , rooms are dirty , AC was not working but they took the AC room charges. Not even apologitc about it. Worst experience and don't check in with looking at the facade. Inside worst and experience worst. I wish to give 0 or negative.

I wish I could give a 0 star. This is the worst restaurant in Bhimavaram or infact in our State. The customer service is worst and rude. We were 5 sitting at the table for ordering the food and they made us move to another table though we insisted that there is an infant with us. Any restaurant runs with customer service and this should be the priority. When we questioned about the same the irresponsible management has no answer and inspite of all this they've not even asked the service boy (so called next to manager in his words) to apologize. Such senseless people if you are making a choice to this restaurant you are one person who doesn't give importance to values.
Worst experience. arrogant and irresponsible staff and management. Don't ever choose this hotel.
