I would give it 0 stars if there was an option. I booked this property, instead of the room I had booked, they gave me a third class room, the one you would get for 200-300 bucks. It smelled, dirty sheets, unclean washroom, very unprofessional staff. Please never book this property

Worst experience.I recommend add some extra bucks to avoid this hotel.First of all water drips from the AC.They receptionist called at 1 at night to check from where the booking was done.I mean who calls at 1am.Coming to the complementary breakfast, we waited for 1and half hour which never came although insisting them three times to make it fast. But they were fast in apologizing while checking out(only plus point).

Not liked very much,there is no particular billing criteria.on the website they show something but actually they represent something else.they also charge additional for breakfast even if you had paid already to them online alongwith hotel booking charge.most imp the hotel name is changed that is cozy cave hotel.

Very bad... There is no hotel name for the grand lawson hotel. This is totally fraud. I suffered on 13th April 2022. At last i found a hotel named City view hotel, they handle this grand lawson. There was no room for me. Very bad.

I was in India nearly a month and this was the worst hotel for scams. Any thing you save on the price of the room you will have to fight to keep everyday, especially your last day when they don't even have to pretend to be legit. Pay exact change only, make them repeat portion sizes for meals after you and pay for nothing up front. Expect to be billed for the free breakfast and to get the hard sell on lots of "absolutely free" tours. Don't use taxis they organise unless you want to fight with the driver whether you still owe him the inflated price you paid to the hotel. The aircon doesn't work.

Their polacies.. we should pay the money at the time of check-in only... It is exactly opposite what they mentioned in website. Room AC is not working, lots of cockroaches u will find along with mosquitoes
