Very bad experience. Rooms are not cleaned, Bedsheets are not clean, Might be used one. Room with bad odour, Room is not worth for the price, NB: pls start maintananace, Anyway your tarrif are high. Provide basic hygene to guests

Overall it's an average experience. Rooms are clean but bathrooms need improvement - showers are rusted and unable to use. Bathroom is slippery. Location: it's behind the mall and crowded. Car parking is a trouble. Service: Food is decent. Reception desk is responsive.

I'm sorry I could not give less than single star, it's the worst of all my stays of my life time. Actually I have preferred this basing on reviews but sure about the earlier lucky ones who have experienced great things here. 1. Parking, Horrible thing is we had to make 3 rounds around this complex for parking at last they said that as this is last Sunday before Diwali, please wait till mid night to park . so our car out side with luggage till mid night. 2. we have ordered 8 pulkas and curry at about 9pm as we are strictly said that the restaurant is available till 10 30 only, but gues how many we got,after we open our packet at 10 40, we got only 2, so we had to sleep with hungry stomach nothing is there to eat. 3. They even don't care about your difficulties we have paid for extra. bed in 4 rooms, but we had to ask them again and agin to provide. 5. The worst thing is the smell of sigarette in the room, I wonder how could this worst place got a good ranking please don't believe these

Rooms were good but there was water leak in the wash basin and the overall out look of the place was horrible like its full of dust ( it may be becuz of festival cleaning ) Its located close near by VILLUPURAM JN, easy to travel

Highly crowded place Located along with a mall in a 3 rs floor Ambience is not so great Rooms are ok type , cleanliness to improve Bathrooms need uplift

This hotel is within a mall with multiplexes. Spacious rooms. Cleanliness could have been better.

The hotel is located inside Mahalakshmi plaza. The below floors house the shopping complex rooms are decent. The surroundings are quite noisy. Car parking space is available but difficult to move out during movie show times in the complex. Overall an average experience.

Very worst behaviour of the security guys actually we came to book a room at that time there was a movie been releasing and we were stopped by the security guys and they are giving priority to the movie guys who has the ticket and even though we are telling that we came to book room and these security guys were not allowing and making me and my partner of my business to stand outside. I strongly recommend your management to give proper training for these security guys regarding how to treat a business class client. Then we decided to move pondicherry for our regular stay because of these security guys we have lost the value of our time.
