Good service by the attendant. Was prompt polite and asked for anything any 10 minutes. Overall good experience.
Nice place to visit and live , Exactly 1.1Km from outer gate of station Road , Near the water stream flowing on the road by side.
Pros:It was a nice stay at The Grand Inn. Hotel is with Royal Look. Service was ok rooms are also ok. Best for official trip. Tariff ranges from 3000/- to 4000/- with complementary breakfast and dinner if included in the package. Cons: No water bottle is included in the meal. Taste of RO water is not good. Only soap will be provided, no sampoo and moisturizer cream shall be given. Extra charge for early check in.
Okay Hotel Rooms are spacious but not cleaned and maintained. limited breakfast options which not again good in taste. Room rent is too high. It is nearer to the Jammu Tawi Railway station. Nothing is complimentory in the hotel even water bottle
Rooms are best . Reception staff is illiterate i think . He has no sense to deal with customers so bad and rude . i felt insecure due to his behaviour and way of dealing and talking to me .
A very good experience from this car agency. We were from calcutta and wanted to see a few more places near Jammu. So I called up him in early morning and Asoke ji arranged a good car within 2hours and we did our sightseeing comfortably. Rent rate was as per market and behaviour of driver was also friendly.
Room service are very poor. Rates are higher than quality. Receptionist person are very unprofessional. Room TV not working. Bed quality are very bad. His only quality to give commission to Taxi Drivers.
Very nice co-operative travel agency owner. Our vaishno devi visit is very nice. All things are adjusting at last time, but fix the problem by owner himself in the mean time. Vehicle provided are very old but all drivers are very good and co-operative.

Hotel is best out of best excellent service excellent location restaurant within the hotel and near to market. Staff is well trained and soft spoken. Beds are comfortable bathroom are neat and clean.overall nothing to say bed all good .keep it up.
