Well decorated Rooms, nice bathroom. The room service is fast. The only problem I had was using there faucet every room have different faucet style which made some minor difficulty for me (we have 2 rooms). Other then that the place is great

I just visited recently where Grand Inn hotel has renovated the 3rd floor and rooms are nice. My experience is that on the 2nd day of my stay I found the room was not cleaned for the whole day..Dinner plates I found as it is in the room when I entered which was unexpected. On giving a complaint they didn't know whether the house keeper had done their job or not. Breakfast timings are not followed as per schedule. In my opinion Rooms are good, location is perfect and service is not that much good which they can improve.

Good one Toilets were not broken but covers had become very loose AC was either becoming too cold or 29 degrees Generally good one

Our stay was very exciting... The hotel is very nice good breakfast including the charges ... Very nice staff... Beautiful rooms... Had a very good time with my hubby...

Overall I had a great experience staying in this hotel. Rooms are spacious very well maintained. Front desk staff and room service staff is very cooperative and helpfull. Hotel doesn't have a restaurant but within a perphery you have many options for good food. Online food delivery option is available. Reachable from railway station and Bus stand. Sunset point is just 4 kms from the hotel. They serve good breakfast with variety of items. The only thing is they need to arrange the tabels in a way of seating 4 people on one table. It looks like you are having a breakfast in marriage manner. Highly recommended hotel.

It's at a central place of Ratnagiri. Rooms are clean. Staff is also very attentive and cooperative. They should need to improve their breakfast quality. Overall experience is good. Also staying is not very expensive. Suitable for family'.

Rooms are good but not maintained,staff untrained,anybody opens the door without knocking. Morning complimentary breakfast was deadly,only 2 varieties,that too finished when half of the people were still unserved.only staff for serving he too was so arrogant as if he was distributing to better,he too was dirty which is unacceptable in current covid situations.Dinning hall very dirty and unattentive.
